The Baines Group with Jameson Sotheby’s Realty in Barrington, IL is a three-person team uniquely equipped to serve real estate customers from all walks of life. With decades of experience, extensive real estate knowledge, and modern marketing skills, this group’s proficiency has consistently placed them as one of the top-selling teams at Jameson Sotheby’s.
 
“We specialize in all sectors of the residential market,” said Christie Baines, a principal of the Baines Group with a real estate career of more than 32 years. “Our diverse clientele spans from first-time home buyers to CEOs, to new home developers.” No matter the customer’s desire, the Baines Group does it all. Baines has expertise in the residential resale market and new construction and home sales developments. She was formerly a co-owner of Wynstone Realty in North Barrington, which was converted to a Sotheby’s International Realty office in 2007. Baines has also been involved in the strategic planning of inception sales and marketing for 5 local communities including Wynstone, Barrington, Long Grove, and St. Charles. She knows and loves the Wynstone community well, having been a resident of Inverness and North Barrington for over 38 years, along with her husband, Matt. Their two grown daughters are graduates of St. Viator High School in Arlington Heights.
 
Lisa Bobby has been working in Real Estate for 10 years. Prior to that, she was the Village Engineer for the Village of Barrington and also was a design engineer for a large downtown civil engineering firm. Bobby resides in Palatine, IL with her husband and 3 children and is very familiar with the North and Northwest suburbs. She states, 'I love this industry and the challenge that it provides. Real Estate is strategy, compassion, and problem solving all rolled up into one unique and exciting package.' Marc Ulanowski is a licensed broker in both Florida and Illinois who has brought extensive experience to Sotheby's International Realty.
 
Marc has a broad knowledge of the real estate market in Wellington, Palm Beach, Key West, and Chicagoland areas. Not only is Marc involved in sales and investments, but he also owns and operates a property management company for an exclusive clientele, along with freelance marketing for small businesses. Through his participation in equestrian-related associations, events, and activities, Marc provides his clients with a unique understanding of the luxury, equestrian lifestyle.
 
This combination of Baines’ many years of experience matched with Bobby's modern marketing and web skills is what makes the Baines Group such a successful team.
